Yum Yum

Over the Christmas period I was asked to bake quite a few cakes for the varied family gatherings I was going to be attending. The only cake tin I have to date is a bundt cake tin so this is now my speciality – I still need a little more practice! Here is the recipe I use

          For the Cake            

225g Unsalted Butter

280g Plain Flour

96g Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda

1 tsp Salt

120ml Milk

120ml Sour Cream

300g Sugar

4 Large Eggs1 tsp Vanilla Extract

For the Glaze

30g Chocolate (chopped)

120ml Heavy Cream

2 tbsp Unsalted butter




Just mix the ingredients together and vuala!
